— : to put it simply, subliminals are audios that have hidden affirmations under an existing audio. this is achieved typically through music or nature sounds so that they’re not heard consciously, but is being perceived by the sub-conscious mind. it is not a form of witchery or magic. they’re mainly used for self-help purposes, mantras, meditation, etc.
